However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The Defendant forged official document: (a) was operating a construction office in Gyeongcheon-si, Gyeongcheon-si; (b) received administrative procedures, such as a building report, and housing design from C in relation to the construction of D Housing in Gyeongnam-gun, and received 2.5 million won as a down payment from C; (c) he heard from the public official in charge that it is difficult to accept the building report; and (d) forged documents related to the building report under the name of Gyeongsung-gun, Gyeongnam-gun, Gyeongcheon-gun, as if the building report was duly accepted, and she s

On January 2017, the Defendant: (a) made use of the construction permit form in the name of the Gyeong-nam Gun located in the Defendant’s home located in the Defendant’s computer in Gyeongcheon-si, Chungcheongnam-si; (b) made use of the title “the site status” as “the name of the site: Gosung-gun, land category: 2,38 square meters; (c) area for application: 90 square meters; and (d) area for use: Agricultural and Forest area; and (c) made use of “the current status of a construction report” as “the location of the site: new construction: Da, land category: 2,238 square meters; (d) 90 square meters; and (e) output in the field “the current status of a construction report”. The Defendant made use of “the name: 1, 1, 1: 1: 224.00 square meters; (d) animal and plant-related facilities (a livestock shed; a manager; and (d) structure.”

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising the right, the Defendant forged a copy of “A letter of notification on the receipt of a building report” in the name of the head of Si/Gun in Gyeongsung-nam.

2. On February 2017, the Defendant: (a) sent a copy of the “written notification of the receipt of a construction report” in the name of the Masung-gun, Kim Sung-gun, Kim Sung-gun; and (b) as if he was a document duly formed with the knowledge of the fact, the Defendant sent a copy of the forged official document to the said C.

Accordingly, the defendant exercised one copy of "A letter of notification of the receipt of a building report" in the name of the Gyeong-nam Gun, which is a forged official document.
