[Criminal Facts]

1. Fraud on December 12, 2016

A. On December 12, 2016, at around 15:00 on December 12, 2016, the criminal defendant against the victim C committed an act as if the victim C would normally pay the amount, and ordered the victim to drink and food.

However, in fact, the defendant did not have money and did not have the intention or ability to pay the money to the victim.

The Defendant, as such, by deceiving the victim, was provided with the two main weeks equivalent to the total market value of KRW 220,000 from the victim, in other words, from the victim.

On December 12, 2016, at around 23:40 on December 12, 2016, the Defendant ordered the victim to provide alcohol and food to the victim as if the victim I would normally pay the amount under the K dan operated by the victim I.
