1. The Defendant’s KRW 50 million with respect to the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff’s annual rate of 6% from June 16, 2015 to November 19, 2015, and the following.
B around November 6, 2002, upon joining the Defendant’s “Gangnam 300 consortiums” as a member, paid KRW 50 million. The Plaintiff acquired the above membership from B on January 15, 2004, and the Defendant issued a membership card to the Plaintiff on January 31, 2004.
Since then, the above golf membership membership agreement was terminated on January 31, 2014.
Therefore, as the Plaintiff seeks, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff 50 million won and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 6% per annum under the Commercial Act from June 16, 2015 to November 19, 2015, which is the date of delivery of a copy of the instant complaint, from June 16, 2015, to November 19, 2015, and 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the following day to the date of full payment.
The plaintiff's claim is justified and accepted.
