1. The Defendant’s KRW 53,00,000 as well as the Plaintiff’s KRW 53,00 per annum from March 11, 2016 to April 30, 2019, and on May 1, 2019.
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Applicable provisions of Acts: Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. As the provisions governing statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Partial Dismissal Lawsuit were promulgated on May 21, 2019 and enforced on June 1, 2019, the statutory interest rate shall be recognized only as 15% per annum from May 1, 2019 to May 31, 2019, and 12% per annum from the next day to the date of full payment, and the excess portion shall be dismissed.
