A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
Seized evidence subparagraph 1 shall be forfeited from the accused.
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is the former owner of Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Housing or a person who currently occupies the above housing, and the victim D(52) is the current owner E of the above housing.

However, on the same day, on the ground that an application for reappeal against the order to deliver real estate was filed, the Defendant affected the utility of compulsory execution by intrusion on the said real

1. The Defendant, who was the former owner of the house located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (C) and the victim D leased the said house from the present owner E, and around October 22, 2014, the Seoul Northern District Court H as the executive title of the said house, delivered the said house to the victim D, the Defendant, on November 4, 2014, opened an entrance and intruded on the victim’s residence by opening the entrance at around November 17, 2014 at the time of the said house and entering the house.
2. On November 14, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 14:00 on November 5, 2014, the victim D entered the house to repair the said house; (b) the victim D changed into the house to repair the said house; and (c) the victim’s chestd the victim’s chest on two hand.
3. The defendant who damages property shall be described in paragraph (2).
