A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

A. On April 2020, the Defendant paid KRW 300,000 in cash to C on the street near the Busan East-gu Bmate, Busan, and purchased philophones by putting two white bags of small vinyl containing KRW 0.7g of philophones from C and two philophones containing KRW 0.06g of philophones.
B. At around 00:40 on April 26, 2020, the Defendant: (a) received one injection machine 300,000 won in cash, which contains 0.7g of philopon purchased from D’s music clubs in front of the instant broadcast club located in public cities; and (b) sold philopon.
2. The defendant who administered philophones from June 3, 2020 to the same month.
5. Around 18:00 between 18 and 18:00, Handphones were administered in a way that philopon 0.03 glopon was placed in front of the H office located in the Geum-gu G of Busan by hanging it in the beer.
3. On June 11, 2020, the Defendant possessed a philophone in a way of inserting the remaining 0.03g of a philophone, which was purchased from the J-hoon corridor of Busan Dongdong-gu I apartment, as described in the above 1's paragraph (a), in the test color room.
The Defendant, “2020 Man-Ma3936,” even though he is not a person handling narcotics, dealt with psychotropic drugs, as follows:
4. At around 04:00 on April 11, 2020, the Defendant accepted 0.03 g of philopon from L on the road near the Defendant’s residence located in Busan Dongdong-gu, Busan, and received philopon.
5. On April 11, 2020, the Defendant, following the administration of phiphonephones, was a longer chairer around N in Busan Dong-gu M.
