1. As to KRW 106,00,000 among the Plaintiff and KRW 20,000,000, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 106,000,000.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. Partial dismissal: The interest rate after October 1, 2015, pursuant to the amended provisions on statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings, shall be 15% per annum.
