3. 폭행 피고인은 2016. 6. 30. 23:00경 창원시 성산구 H 소재 I 주점에서 위와 같은 피해자 G와 함께 술을 마시던 중 이쑤시개로 피해자의 오른쪽 팔을 수회 찔러 피가 나게 하고는 “어 피가 나네, 꿈쩍도 안 하네”라고 말하는 등 피해자를 폭행하였다.
