On July 8, 2015, the Defendant driven the above vehicle on the front of Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D on the front of the road, and proceeded to the fourth-lane in the direction of the clean history distance from the Sung-ro Hospital in the direction of the lusian history distance, and proceeded to the left-hand turn signal of the front bank, even though the signal of the front bank was the left-hand turn signal.
