1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 206,422,833 and the interest rate of KRW 24% per annum from May 27, 2015 to the day of full payment.
1. On October 8, 2014, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant on the following terms: (a) monthly lease rate BENZ S63 AMG (Automobile) KRW 226,896,350 in KRW 4,93,00 in KRW 4,93,00 in the lease agreement number BENZ S63.
The above lease contract was terminated on May 6, 2015 on the ground that the defendant did not pay monthly rent under the above lease contract.
The remaining amount of damages due to the termination of the above lease contract is KRW 206,422,833.
Therefore, the defendant is liable to pay to the plaintiff the above 206,422,833 won and damages for delay calculated by the agreed ratio.
