1. The Plaintiff:
A. Defendant A shall pay KRW 43,347,94 and KRW 21,008,859 out of the amounts to KRW 43,347,94 from September 23, 2014 to the full payment day.

2. Determination
A. According to the above facts of recognition as to Defendant A, Defendant A is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff 43,347,94 won in total as to the balance of the loan and the interest accrued therefrom, and 21,008,859 won in total, 17% per annum from September 23, 2014 to the date of full payment.
B. According to the above facts of recognition as to Defendant (Appointed Party), Appointed C, and D, Defendant (Appointed Party), Appointed Party C, and D are jointly and severally with Defendant A to the extent that they are inherited from the network E.
Of the money stated in paragraph (1), 5,501,340 won and 4,292,286 won respectively are liable to pay 17% interest per annum from September 23, 2014 to the date of full payment.
3. Conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified.
