Accordingly, in collusion with B, the Defendant made a false report to the public official, and made it enter false facts in the commercial registration information system, which is a public electronic record, and around that time, exercised it by allowing the public official to peruse the corporate register containing false facts as above.

2. On October 16, 2012, the Defendant, a false establishment of a limited partnership company “F”, submitted to the public official in charge of the establishment registration application for the limited partnership company “B” with the content of the “B” and “E” with the Defendant’s resident registration certificate, personal seal impression, etc., and had the public official in charge enter the above application in the corporate register of the commercial registration information system, even if the Defendant did not have established the “F” in the name of the Defendant, and did not have invested the capital.
