A and C shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

A is a doctor who operates "I Dental" in Gangnam-gu Seoul and 213, and Defendant C is a doctor who operates "K Dental" in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government J.

A victim’s “ING Life Insurance Co., Ltd.” (hereinafter “ING life”) issued a false medical certificate or “medical confirmation certificate” with a false medical certificate or medical confirmation certificate issued as above, and the patients conspired to claim insurance proceeds upon submitting the insurance company with a medical certificate or medical confirmation certificate with a false medical certificate or medical treatment certificate with a false medical certificate issued.

1. Defendant A

A. On July 23, 2013, the Defendant: (a) prepared a false medical certificate; and (b) issued a false medical certificate to the above I D Dental on July 23, 2013; and (c) performed dental surgery on the patient L, No. 16 on May 21, 2013, and No. 14 on the 14, and No. 16 on the 16th day on May 2013, 201; and (c) performed dental surgery on the flapar transplantation and the flaparation on the 16th day on May 2013, 2013; and (d) performed dental surgery on May 14, 2013 by submitting the medical certificate to LING life. < Amended by Act No. 11845, May 30, 2013>

2) On July 23, 2013, the defrauded: (a) issued a false medical certificate to L, as described in the foregoing I dental license; (b) L, upon submitting the above medical certificate to the victim ING life on July 31, 2013, filed a claim for insurance money; and (c) caused the victim to pay KRW 2,300,000 to L on July 31, 2013; and (d) acquired insurance money by defrauding L with 2,30,000 won.

B. 1) The Defendant: (a) prepares a false medical certificate; and (b) holds a false medical certificate; and (c) holds a false medical certificate.
