However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) and the Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a vehicle of C with a driver’s license.

On February 6, 2017, the Defendant driven the above car around 16:30, and continued to go ahead of the intersection of the Maritime church located in the 325-2, a U.S. Sinsan-si, Gunsan-si, which is located in the northwest-dong, Gunsan-si.

At all times, there is an intersection where signal lights are installed, so there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by reducing speed and driving the signal well by driving the driver.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and entered the intersection even though the vehicle driving signal was a stop signal, and the part of the victim's E-Pod Driving of the victim D(51) driving driven by the straight line on the left side of the road was shocked with the left side of the vehicle of the Defendant.
