Reasons

1. As stated in the text of the claim, the right to claim ownership transfer, which is to be preserved by a provisional registration completed in the name of the defendant, has been completed and terminated in accordance with the content of the claim, and thus, the plaintiff seeks to cancel the above provisional registration by exercising the right to claim ownership exclusion.
