A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.
An application filed by an applicant for compensation shall be dismissed.
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant served from October 12, 2009 to January 14, 2018 as the construction site warden of the Corporation B located in Mineyang-si E.
1. 1. On October 24, 2012, “F” was written as “one copy of the corporate seal impression certificate,” “H (2 floor), B, and representative director F, Jeonyang-si, Jeonyang-nam, and forged one copy of the said B’s employee identification card affixed the said F’s seal impression on the name side of the F.
On the same day, the Defendant continuously stated the name (title) B of the form for filing an application for opening the corporate account of the said post office in the column of “(name)B”, “N” and “N” and “N” and “M” and “M” and “M” and “E” in the mobile phone column in the column of “Mayang-si H (2 floor),” and attached the forged power of attorney and the employee identification card thereto.
