A had already been installed as part of a subsidized project because the 343 Posp pipe of a farm was already installed for the purpose of a Posp tree prop. However, the Defendants submitted an electronic tax invoice, design book, book, work log, etc. related to a subsidized project to the public official in charge in the G Myeon Office in the G Myeon Office in the G Pospon in December 2017, 2017, on December 11, 2017, with the false content that: (a) the public official in charge of the G Myeon Office in the G Myeon Office in charge of the G Pospon project (business cost of KRW 22,255,000) was published on December 18, 2017.
