However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On November 20, 2016, at around 04:45, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven a car with B beer-type cruise in the section of about 100 meters from the road front of the secondary arche-type car in the Nowon-gu in Jeju Nowon-gu to the road front of the same city-type car, which is in the same city-type road, with alcohol content of 0.151%.
