1. The Defendant’s KRW 280,000,000 as well as 5% per annum from March 1, 2013 to July 2, 2015 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. The description of the claim is as shown in the annexed sheet of claim.
2. Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts;
3. The part dismissing part of the Plaintiff’s claim for delay damages from February 28, 2013, the agreed due date for payment, but the Defendant is liable for delay from March 1, 2013, the following day after the agreed due date for payment. Thus, the part exceeding the above recognized scope among the Plaintiff’s claim for delay damages is rejected.
