1. The Defendant terminated the consignment management contract on December 31, 2019 with respect to the motor vehicles listed in the separate sheet from the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as specified in attached Form 1;
2. Applicable provisions of Acts: Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act;
3. The grounds for partial dismissal of claims for damages for delay in excess of 12% per annum are applied from June 1, 2019, following the enforcement of the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Presidential Decree No. 29678) amended on May 21, 2019.
