1. Defendant B’s KRW 20,000,000 as well as annual 6% from November 22, 2017 to August 20, 2020, respectively, to the Plaintiff.
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Plaintiff and the Defendants-related 1) On September 8, 2015, the Plaintiff and the Defendants-related building consisting of four commercial buildings with the structure, such as Yangyang-gun of Gyeonggi-do, the Defendant owned by the said Defendant D, E-location block, sandbrid position panel, etc. (hereinafter “instant building”).
2) Part 115 square meters of a part of 115 square meters (the structure of a wood tank, a sculpture sand position panel, hereinafter referred to as the “instant store”).
(2) As to the term of lease deposit, the term of lease shall be determined from September 21, 2015 to September 20, 2017 and the term of lease to be leased by the Plaintiff (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”).
(2) On September 8, 2015, the Plaintiff and Defendant B concluded a contract with the Plaintiff to take over all facilities [he heating and cooling machine 2 units, water purifiers, ducts facilities, main kitchen facilities (frackers, air conditioners, tampers, tampers, etc.), tables, chairs, and kackers] in the store installed by the said Defendant to operate the F cafeteria and G cafeteria at the instant store.

On November 21, 2017, around 06:50 on November 21, 2017, a fire occurred inside the “I”’s place of business, a store operated by the Defendants (hereinafter “instant fire”).
(2) As a result, the Defendants’ store, which is the place of business, was relocated, and the instant store was burned via the ceiling, and most of the office fixtures and other things, which were located inside the said store, were destroyed by fire. 2) In the Gyeyang Fire Station and the National Science Investigation and Research Institute, the fire extinguishing point of this case was “I” inside the block structure, and most of the structure of the instant building is stithe.
