Around January 6, 2012, the Defendant received 50,000,000 won from the victim to his agricultural bank account under the pretext of monthly rent to deliver it to the said owner of the said D, and used the said money arbitrarily at around that time, in his/her own repayment of debt, living expenses, etc., and used 3,50,000 won in total from the victim seven times from September 16, 201 to his/her agricultural bank account under the same name, and used it at his/her own discretion during each time.

In addition, the Defendant, around January 12, 2012, transferred KRW 940,00,000, including KRW 370,000,000, around February 28, 2012, around March 26, 2012, and KRW 200,000, for the victim, from the victim’s agricultural bank account, and used KRW 370,000,00 for his/her debt repayment and living expenses around July 27, 2012.
