A judgment without pleading (Article 208(3)1 and Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act): Provided, That with respect to interest for arrears, Article 2(2) of the Addenda to the Regulations on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Presidential Decree No. 26553) on the Statutory Rate under the previous provisions shall apply, respectively, to the interest rate of 20% per annum, which is the interest rate under the previous provisions until September 30, 2015, and 15% per annum, which is the interest rate under the amended provisions, from October 1, 2015, as amended on September 25, 2015. < Amended by Presidential Decree No. 26571, Oct. 1, 2015>
