A. The Defendant Educational Foundation E (hereinafter “Defendant Educational Corporation”) promoted the establishment of the “I Promotion Committee” with Defendant B and Nonparty H, who is professor of G University, as co-chairperson in order to hold a F Audit Committee to promote peaceful unification. However, the said Promotion Committee was not established due to various reasons, such as financial problems.

B. Defendant D: (a) gathered the professor of J University in order to hold a F Viewing Council to want peaceful unification; (b) Defendant C was the Secretary General of the K Committee; and (c) Defendant D was to receive funds from the said Association for peaceful unification.

C. Defendant D established a business entity “L” in the business incubator of G University with Defendant C and operated the business establishment center until March 2016 for profit-making business, such as the attraction of investment funds and souvenirs of the entertainment association.

On the other hand, the plaintiff was aware of the defendant D through the introduction around January 2015, and at the time, the defendant D introduced himself as M who works at G University.

Around May 2015, Defendant D, despite the Plaintiff’s absence of the ability to be employed as the faculty members of G University, sought the Plaintiff’s speech from the Plaintiff to know about the N’s employment, and demanded that the Plaintiff be employed as the faculty members of N University and KRW 70 million in total from the school development fund and employment promotion-related business promotion expenses. Afterwarding to the Plaintiff and N University’s office, Defendant D moved back to the K Committee’s office located at G University. On July 9, 2015, the Plaintiff trusted Defendant D granted Defendant D a cashier’s checks of KRW 50 million and KRW 20 million in cash.

E. The N was employed as a training employee from August 2015 to December 2015, at the office of “L” office of the business incubator located in G University No. 61 and “O” office of the venture business start-up support group located in the building of G University’s own joint and several training group, but the K Committee and the G University did not work thereafter.
