1. As to KRW 30,020,221 among the Plaintiff and KRW 28,46,646 among the Plaintiff, Defendant A’s year from June 19, 2007 to March 12, 2009.
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment with no ground for recognition (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. As the provisions on statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Partial Dismissal Lawsuit were promulgated on May 21, 2019 and enforced on June 1, 2019, only the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the day following the delivery date of the duplicate of the complaint of this case until May 31, 2019, and 12% per annum from the next day to the day of complete payment, shall be recognized, and the excess portion shall be dismissed.
