A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime

1. On December 27, 2019, at around 03:30 on December 27, 2019, the Defendant: (a) took a dispute with the victim C (the age of 57) who is the wife of the Defendant at the inside of the Defendant’s house located in B, and was frequently going out of the military; (b) taken the victim’s neck by his hand; (c) boomed the victim’s neck with his/her hand; (d) boomed the victim’s buck; and (d) boomed him/her of his/her head kick; and (e) boomed the kitchen (the total length of 34 cm, 21 cm, and fluor 1), which is a dangerous thing in the military.
In this respect, the defendant carried dangerous objects and assaulted the victim.
2. Around 07:00 to 07:50 on December 27, 2019, the Defendant: (a) assaulted C, as above, and (b) went up to the floor of the building through the gate in which C had the kitchen knife, which is a dangerous thing in the house of the victim E (n, 65 years old) located in the neighboring house, in order to find the runaway and C.
Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous things and invaded upon the victim's residence.
3. The defendant of special intimidation, like the above paragraph 2, tried to enter the house above the floor of the above victim's house into the house. However, the victim, who did not open the entrance, told the victim that "I will promptly open the house and die without opening the door."
Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.
[2020 order 29] The Defendant was sentenced to a fine of one million won as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act in the Jeonju District Court's regular branch court on September 4, 2007.
On December 27, 2019, at around 07:50, the Defendant driven a F Sti-type car with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.055% under the influence of alcohol at approximately 150 meters from the front of B in the front of B in the front of D. < Amended by Act No. 15090, Dec. 27, 2019>
The Defendant, as seen above, committed a drunk driving, thereby violating the regulations on the prohibition of drunk driving at least twice.
