Punishment of the crime
[criminal records] On January 25, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a year of suspension of execution on April 2, 2018 due to a violation of the Act on Promotion of the Use of Information and Communications Network and Information Protection, Etc. in the Goyang Branch of the Jung-gu District Court.
[Criminal facts] Defendant is a doctor who operates “C Dental” located in Seo-gu, Seoyang-gu, Soyang-si.
The Defendant requested the issuance of a false medical certificate to increase the frequency of operation on the ground that patients receiving flag and flag surgery do not pay insurance money according to the number of dental infants received medical treatment, but rather pay according to the frequency of operation, and even though recognizing the fact that the frequency of operation is to claim insurance money based on the medical certificate written in a false manner, he did so for the purpose of attracting patients.
1. On July 6, 2010, the Defendant provided the above “C D D D D D D D’s dental surgery, and even if he provided the 36 or 37 dental services on one occasion, the Defendant provided the above two dental services divided into two parts, and issued a false medical certificate to D as if he/she performed the operation.

On October 20 of the same year, around 29, the victim “E” filed a claim for insurance money with the victim “E”, and aided the defrauded by receiving KRW 1,00,000 as the insurance money from April 26, 2010 to November 3, 2017 in the same manner as above, and aided the 22 persons, as shown in the List of Crimes (1-1) in total, to acquire KRW 67,750,00,000, from around October 20 of the same year.

The Defendant prepared a false medical certificate, around August 28, 2015, around June 25, 2015, prepared a false medical certificate as if he/she performed the surgery with respect to F, a patient, as if he/she performed the surgery on July 29, 2015, and prepared a false medical certificate at least 15 times in total, such as a written list of crimes (1-2) in attached Form 1-2, from the time until October 25, 2017.
