The first instance court.
1. The reasoning for the court's explanation of this case is as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, except for the rejection of the witness K's testimony at the court of first instance as additional evidence submitted by the court of first instance, which is insufficient to recognize the plaintiff's assertion, and as stated in the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act, it is acceptable to accept it as it is, pursuant to the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
2. According to the conclusion, the judgment of the first instance is justifiable, and all of the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition.
