1. Details of the disposition;
A. The Defendant is the executor of the Busan High Sea Free Economic Zone C development Project (hereinafter “instant project”) which is promoted in the Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan Government and the Changwon-si Seoul Metropolitan Area, and the project area is the project executor of the Busan High Sea Free Economic Zone C (hereinafter “instant project”).
On October 6, 2003, the Plaintiff purchased 1,210 square meters prior to the Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan City B (hereinafter “instant land”) within the instant project zone from D and completed the registration of ownership transfer on November 3, 2003.
B. The progress of the instant project is as follows. The project implementation period of the instant project is from October 30, 2003 to December 31, 2013.
On October 30, 2003, the Busan Sea Free Economic Zone Designation Notice (Public Notice of the Ministry of Finance and Economy E) on September 2, 2004, on February 28, 2008 (Public Notice of the Ministry of Finance and Economy notice of the approval for the alteration of the development plan for the Busan Sea Free Economic Zone C (Public Notice of the Ministry of Finance and Economy G) on February 31, 2008 (Public Notice of the Ministry of Finance and Economy G)
C. On June 9, 2010, the Plaintiff and the Defendant consulted on the compensation for damages for the instant land and the obstacles on its ground.
(The details of compensation for obstacles include salt 23 Dunes and chickens 500 Dunes). D.
On September 6, 2013, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit seeking revocation of the above disposition under the court 2014Guhap20507 on March 17, 2014, on which the Plaintiff filed an application with the Defendant for designation of a person eligible for livestock compensation who raised salt 23 Dual and 500 Dual 500 ma, but the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit seeking revocation of the above disposition on September 6, 2013, on the ground that the Defendant cannot be deemed as a person eligible for agricultural compensation as a person eligible for agricultural compensation unless the Plaintiff received agricultural compensation.
The plaintiff is as follows.
On November 2014, the above lawsuit was withdrawn.
E. On October 22, 2014, the Plaintiff only agreed on the instant land, etc. at the time of the agreement on compensation for losses to the Defendant.
