However, as to the defendants, two years from the date of this judgment became final and conclusive.

When promoting the "Projects for the Modernization of Livestock Infrastructure" in 2013, the victim-oriented City selected the target for the operator of livestock shed facilities at the request of the subsidized business operator, and submitted a subsidy application by attaching a detailed statement of expenditure of construction expenses, details of deposit of construction expenses to the contractor, on-site photographs completed after the completion of the construction, etc., the victim would pay an amount equivalent to 30% of the total project expenses as a subsidy.

The joint crime committed by Defendant A and Defendant B is a person operating G in the following cities: Defendant B is a person operating the G in the F in the following cities; Defendant B is a person operating Plaintiff I in the following cities: (a) manufacturing of livestock machinery and equipment and construction business chain;

No person shall receive any subsidy or indirect subsidy by making a false application or by any other unlawful means.

Nevertheless, even though Defendant A requested Defendant B around 2012 to pay KRW 67,805,90 for the construction cost by installing a disc string, entrance equipment, and tunnel entrance equipment of the said G, the Defendants conspired to receive subsidies by submitting evidentiary documents as if the above construction details were built as part of the project for the modernization of the stable facilities in 2013, while Defendant A paid KRW 67,805,90 for construction cost.

A according to the above public offering, around March 2013, he/she would install facilities, such as disks-si Agricultural Technology Center Livestock, which included KRW 67,805,90 in the above G, including the total project cost of KRW 319,560,00,00 in the project cost calculation statement attached to the above public offering, and was selected as a target of the housing facility modernization project in 2013.

Since then, the Defendants prepared a detailed statement of expenditure of construction expenses and an electronic tax invoice as if the total project cost was paid in KRW 319,560,000, and submitted a report of completion of the project accompanied by the above documents to the J of the government officials of the following city around January 2014.
