Defendant
A is a person who operates a mutually unsound adult product store.
No person other than a pharmacy founder may sell drugs or acquire them for the purpose of sale.
Nevertheless, at around 17:31 on September 12, 2014, the Defendant sold 4:20,000 won and sold “Non-Agra,” which is a medicine for male production donation, to the complainant who visited the place at the store of the trade incompetent adult products that he operated in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si.
