Facts in the cause of the claim shall be deemed to have no dispute between the parties, or may be acknowledged by taking into account the whole purport of the pleadings in the entries in Gap evidence 1 and 2 (including paper numbers).

Therefore, the Defendants are obliged to implement the procedure for cancellation registration of the registration of the right to claim ownership transfer stated in the order.

If so, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted for the reasons and it is so decided as per Disposition.
