A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. On June 28, 2017, the Defendant was driving a DNA car without obtaining a driver’s license in the section of approximately 100 km from around 100 meters to around 21:00 on the day from June 28, 201 to around 58-13 from the roads in front of the original bank industry, Hanwon-gun, Sung-gun, Sung-gun, Sung-gun, Sung-gun, Sung-gun, Kim Jong-gun, Seoul, the Seoul Special Metropolitan City Mayor around 19:30 on the same day.
