1. The remaining amount of each real estate listed in the separate sheet after deducting the expenses for auction from the proceeds of auction;
Reasons
1. The plaintiff and the defendant share each real estate stated in the separate sheet as 13/17 shares, and the defendant share each as 4/17 shares.
Inasmuch as there is no special agreement between the plaintiff and the defendant on the prohibition of partition of co-owned property, each real estate listed in the separate sheet may be unable to divide in kind or the value may be significantly decreased due to division, the co-owned property partition according to auction method
2. Judgment with no applicable provisions of Acts (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
