From September 14, 2018, around 16:00 on September 14, 2018, at the meeting room of the above center, D used the seal and passbook kept in the meeting room even though the victim did not use his/her seal (official seal) and the corporate passbook by stealing it; thereby impairing the victim’s reputation by openly stating false information; and

At the time and place specified in paragraph (1), a 'fluor of a 'fluorian' was engaged in a fluorial base work so far, but has not been able to do so until now, and the fluor is not able to do so for others, and the fluor of a fluor, and the fluor of a fluor. The fluor of a 'fluor of a fluor' sexually insultingd the victim by openly insulting him.

As to the defendant's assertion of each fact-finding confirmation, recording, and investigation report (related to the suspect's statement), the defendant and the defense counsel asserted that since the victim actually used the custody book, corporate passbook, etc. in the center, it does not mean any false fact, but merely disregards the victim's business ability in the course of the employee conference, and did not have the intention of insult.

However, there are no objective data to confirm that the victim has stolen the official transfer box or corporate passbook in the center several times without authority, such as the delegation or instruction of the defendant, and even if the defendant committed the wrongful act repeatedly by the victim.
