A. As to KRW 100,00,000 and KRW 40,000,00 among the costs, for Plaintiff Geumnam Construction Co., Ltd. < Amended by Presidential Decree No. 25574, Sep. 2, 2014>
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in the grounds for claims in attached Form;
(Plaintiff’s lawsuit against B was withdrawn on February 2, 2016). 2. Judgment without pleading (Article 208(3)1, and Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act)
3. Partial dismissal: The interest rate after October 1, 2015, pursuant to the amended provisions on statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings, shall be 15% per annum.
