2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

A. On April 4, 2007, N purchased the instant land through a public auction procedure followed by the registration of seizure, etc. on May 17, 1993, which was completed by designating the right holder as the Republic of Korea on the land of Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon (hereinafter “instant land”), which was owned by N, and on April 13, 2007, the registration of transfer of N’s ownership was completed on the said land based on the public auction.

With respect to the instant land, each registration of transfer of ownership was completed on July 1, 2016 under the name of the Defendants on October 1, 2016, on the grounds of sale under the name of P on October 19, 2007 (shares of Defendant J, Defendant KK, Defendant L4/10), as of July 1, 2016.

B. The Plaintiffs are co-owners of QBL, a multi-household (multi-household) constructed on the instant land (hereinafter “instant condominium”).

C. On July 16, 1990, S, the father of the O, entered into a construction contract with T and the above U (the conversion into V on March 31, 1992, and the same day was divided into W and X, etc.) on which N and N entered into a new construction contract with two and two multi-households. As S died on May 8, 191, the above land was inherited to S’s wife and children.

On April 25, 1992, the land in this case was owned by O, Y land was owned by Z, and AB in AA land, respectively, through the co-inheritors’s co-inheritors’ partition procedure.

After that, the land of this case and W, AC,Y, and AA land (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “instant loan site”) were respectively constructed by Qletlet, ADdong, AE Dong, AF Dong, AF Dong, and AG Dong (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “instant loan”).

E. T has undertaken the construction of the instant loan that was contracted by S through the said Company, but the said construction was suspended due to the nonperformance of the said Company, but the said construction was resumed after August 192.

F. T, AI, and AJ (hereinafter “T, etc.”) are between the Z on September 18, 1992, which is the ASEAN of S.
