A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 600,000 won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.
Punishment of the crime
Part of the facts charged was revised to the extent that it does not interfere with the defendant's defense right.
In the 21st National Assembly election conducted on April 15, 2020, the Defendant was a person who was born as a candidate for a party in the C constituency D party in the B local government.
No one shall use a loudspeaker system for an election campaign, except where it is used for a speech, interview or debate at the place of a campaign speech or interview at an open place or at the place of an interview or debate under this Act.
Nevertheless, between April 4, 2020 and 18:07, the Defendant carried out an election campaign using the portable loudspeaker (18W, maximum output 40W) connected with the said loudspeaker, as indicated in the list of crimes, following the Defendant stated that the Defendant carried a portable loudspeaker (18W, maximum output 40W) carried to walk up with the shoulder while wearing a doping flasher called “D Party A National Assembly candidate” in the vicinity of the Frangle in E, from April 17:50 to around 18:07, the Defendant carried out an election campaign using the said portable loudspeaker on four occasions as indicated in the list of crimes.
Accordingly, the defendant used a loudspeaker system for election campaign although it is not used for speech, interview or debate at the place of speech or interview at an open place under the Public Official Election Act or at the place of interview or debate.
On April 4, 2020, the following facts are as follows: (a) one-time loudspeaker with the latter part of Franchisive loudspeaker, which is located in E on April 4, 2020: (b) 17:50 to 18:07 (17 minutes) used a loudspeaker to be used for an election campaign using a loudspeaker, such as: (c) ging the shoulder, wearing a hyke connected with the device, wearing the hyke; and (d) visiting and drinking in or visiting the surrounding commercial buildings, etc.; and (d) 20:36-21:07 (31 minutes) G mobile loudspeaker on April 4, 2020.
