1. On January 2, 2014, at around 01:00, the Defendant: (a) took advantage of the gaps in the victim D’s house located in the Daegu-gu Office C building 303; (b) stolen 30,000 won in cash from the victim’s diving wall; and (c) subsequently stolen the victim’s property at least five times in total, the market price of five victims, as indicated in the list of crimes, from April 2, 2014 to April 2, 2014.

2. On April 2, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 10:19, when the Victim E, located in the Daegu-gu Building C, Daegu-gu, 303, and had been living together with the Defendant, the Defendant, despite having went to the office of the victim E, was divided the password of the entrance door locking device, which was previously known to the Defendant, and infringed upon the victim’s residence by entering the said house to the extent of entering the said house.

3. On April 6, 2014, around 19:30 on April 6, 2014, the Defendant: (a) invaded the victim G in the Daegu Seo-gu F into the office through the front window behind the given sex, which was not corrected; and (b) stolen 1.50,000 won in cash owned by the victim on his/her book.

Accordingly, the defendant habitually stolen the property owned by the victims.

On April 25, 2013, the Defendant habitually intruded into the house with a 3.5 million won in cash in the ward located in the ward at around 16:30 of the same year by November 16, 200 of the same year, or attempted to steal money and valuables worth KRW 27,815,000 in total over 17 times, as shown in the annexed List of Crimes, and attempted to steal money and valuables worth KRW 27,815,00 in total, as shown in the annexed List of Crimes.

Accordingly, the defendant habitually stolen or attempted to steals property owned by the victims.
