The judgment below

Examining the reasoning of the lower court in light of the evidence duly admitted by the lower court, it is justifiable to have determined that the lower court convicted all of the charges of rape, violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (ameras, etc. of Sexual Crimes), and confinement on the grounds stated in its reasoning. In so doing, the lower court did not err by misapprehending the legal doctrine on evidence judgment, the credibility of victim’s statement, the establishment of the crime of rape, and the crime of rape, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
