Nevertheless, the Defendant applied for a payment order against the Plaintiff seeking the payment of goods, and received the payment order stipulated in Paragraph (1) of this Article. Since the payment order became final and conclusive, the Plaintiff requested against the Defendant for the refusal of compulsory execution based on the above payment order.
