1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for 60,194,076 won and 15% per annum from May 28, 2019 to May 31, 2019.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

In accordance with the amendment of the provisions on statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Partial Dismissal of Lawsuits, since the statutory interest rate was 12% per annum from June 1, 2019, the part of the claim that exceeds such scope shall be dismissed.
