1. The Defendant: (a) 35,257,00 won to the Plaintiff (Appointed Party) A; (b) 5,198,000 won to the Appointed C; and (c) 63,500 won to the Appointed D.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) On October 1, 2015, pursuant to the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, Etc., amended on September 25, 2015, the interest rate after October 1, 2015 shall be 15% per annum;
