The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the evidence duly admitted by the court below, the court below was just in finding the Defendant guilty of the facts charged of this case on the grounds as stated in its reasoning, and there were no errors in the misapprehension of the bounds of freedom of ex officio due diligence by failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations as alleged in the grounds of appeal, or in the misapprehension of legal principles as to traffic law (divated driving) and due process.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
