C All appeals against the Defendant A and B of the Prosecutor are dismissed.
1. Summary of grounds for appeal;
A. The lower court acquitted Defendant A and B of the facts charged, even though it is recognized that Defendant A and B jointly inflicted an injury on the victim I and detained the victim, as stated in the facts charged, did not err by misapprehending the facts, thereby adversely affecting the conclusion of the judgment.
B. Defendant C’s imprisonment (one year of imprisonment with prison labor, one year of suspended execution, and 120 hours of community service order) is too unreasonable.
2. Determination:
A.
