The facts in the cause of the claim do not conflict between the parties, or can be recognized by comprehensively considering the purport of the entire pleadings in each statement in Gap evidence 1 through 4. Thus, the defendant is liable to pay the plaintiff the amount stated in paragraph (1) of this Article

Although the defendant asserts that the plaintiff's claim should be dismissed because he/she applied for individual rehabilitation, the circumstance that the defendant applied for individual rehabilitation does not constitute a ground to reject the plaintiff's claim.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
