1. The Defendant shall deliver to the Plaintiff the building indicated in the attached list, and the said building shall be KRW 3,700,000 and from January 5, 2018.
1. On May 5, 2016, the Plaintiff, with the indication of the claim, leased the building indicated in the attached list to the Defendant as KRW 5,00,000,000, monthly rent 470,000, and the lease period from May 5, 2016 to May 4, 2018.
However, the defendant did not pay management expenses, such as rent and electricity tax, from June 2017.
Accordingly, on November 4, 2017 and December 19, 2017, the Plaintiff expressed its intent to terminate the lease contract.
Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to deliver the said building to the Plaintiff and pay the amount of unjust enrichment equivalent to the rent of KRW 3,290,000 in arrears from June 2017 to December 2017, as well as KRW 410,00 in management expenses, and KRW 470,00 in the rate of KRW 470,00 in each month from January 2018 to the completion of delivery of the said building.
