1. The Defendant shall pay the Plaintiff KRW 100,000,000 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from June 25, 2019 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. In accordance with the amendment of the provisions on statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Partial Dismissal of Lawsuits, since the statutory interest rate was 12% per annum from June 1, 2019, the part of the claim that exceeds such scope shall be dismissed.
