Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.
When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
At around 06:30 on May 19, 2014, the Defendant driven B rocketing car with approximately 400 meters alcohol concentration 0.179% under the influence of alcohol at the section of 400 meters from the front of the “flusium flusium” located in the Seodaemun-gu, Seosan-gu, Seosan-gu, Gyeonggi-do, Seoul Metropolitan City to the entrance of the parking lot at the same Ri.

1. A survey report on actual condition, a report on detection of a user, and a circumstantial report on the driver;
1. Application of statutes on site photographs;
1. Relevant Article of the Act and Articles 148-2 (2) 2 and 44 (1) of the Road Traffic Act, the choice of fines for criminal facts, and the selection of fines;
1. Articles 70 (1) and 69 (2) of the Criminal Act for the detention of a workhouse;
1. It is so decided as per Disposition for not less than Article 334(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act.
