1. On April 3, 2016, at around 16:40, the Defendant: (a) discovered a 380-type truck (factory number: WY09262) 19t truck; and (b) driven a motor vehicle moving on the door of the vehicle with the seat of KRW 78,787,240 on the market price owned by the victim company parked at the 7:7-37 victim Hyundai Motor Co., Ltd., Ltd.; and (c) cut it by driving the vehicle with the seat of the vehicle attached to the vehicle.

2. On April 3, 2016, the Defendant driven a truck under paragraph (1) while under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.157% while under the influence of alcohol level without a driver’s license, on the road in front of the same place as that of paragraph (1) around 16:40 on April 3, 2016.

3. On April 3, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act, as prescribed in paragraph (1) on the road in front of the 137 Before the ex-factory of 16:40, 2016, the following: (a) due to the negligence that was unable to properly operate steering devices under the influence of alcohol, as prescribed in paragraph (2), the Defendant: (b) caused the instant truck to cut off; (c) on the front road of the said Korean company; (d) caused the instant Korean company to damage the property so that the repair cost would be KRW 1,450,00,00, and the amount of repair cost would be increased to the management office of the victim company of the instant company of the instant company; and (d) around 16:52 on the same day, the victim company of the instant company of the vehicle of the Republic of Korea.
